Frequently Asked Questions

General

We offer global LCL and FCL ocean freight, rail freight, European distribution and customs services, providing freight forwarders with a broad and reliable logistics network that supports their daily operations.

Transit times depend on the transport mode and destination. Ocean freight usually takes 4 to 6 weeks and rail services between Europe and China generally require 20 to 25 days.

Shipments can be tracked in real time through NVOGO by entering your shipment number or House Bill reference. The platform shows each main step of the journey.

We support all common Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, DAP, DDP, etc.) and can advise on the most suitable option for your shipment. Download the full overview of Incoterms we use here.
